empowering women to be whole;
healthy and fertile.

Our cycles were designed in a unique and intentional way, offering insight into our fertility and overall health. All women should have the chance to become more in tune with her body, health, and fertility. No matter what your fertility goals are, there is so much you can learn by simply knowing your fertile and non-fertile biomarkers.
As a FEMM educator, I hope to help uncover the beauty of our female cycles and empower women in using this knowledge for the good of their health and fertility.
Hi there!
When I first learned about FEMM while in school, I felt that my eyes were opened to something beautiful and valuable to my health. My period symptoms and daily biomarkers were no longer a guessing game of what was happening to my body. Instead, I had direct insight into each phase of my cycle that I was experiencing and learned how to care for myself throughout the different phases of my cycle.
Being in tune with my body in this particular way has helped me in more ways than one, and it is truly a beautiful thing to work with my cycle, instead of fearing it and just dealing with the negative symptoms. When I learned about what a healthy period looks like, and that ovulation is a sign of our health, I was immediately intrigued to learn more about my cycle and be more in tune with what my body was telling me.
I hope to be a help for women wanting to learn more about their bodies and reach their fertility goals through my 1:1 program that is specifically tailored for each indvidual woman’s needs.
